Ok...been a long time since i last update.... or izzit? hmmm... well u see.... the otherday... my dad brought home a HUGE fish! he said to me "SON... i wan u to make good use of this fish..." haha so the drama script siark... but oh well.. i did use the fish yesterday! lol... i cook erm... fish and chips with sweet and sour sauce on rice! hmmmm... sound yummy... well... SUPRISINGLY... it is! well... here's the pic of the fish....


Well.... this is the fish tat my dad brought home... have no idea wats the name.. but i guess its grapu...hmmmm..... took me almost HOURS to clean up the scale of this fish.... am sooo NOOB la in cutting fish... lol.....

after that... fillet it..... hmmm it look like salmon.. lol... after that.. dip it in flour with some other ingredient and...

Voila! hahaaz... it is a simple dish la... hahahaz.. no need to make a big hoo haa abt it! but still! i cook it! and my sis say its GREAT! wheeeeeeeeee~
